  • The delivery time is between 5-7 business days depending on your country.

  • We are not responsible for any mistakes (lost package, damage, etc) made at delivery. 


  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If you want a different size, you need to place a new order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also, no make-up stains, damages, and/or strong smells. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at You will then receive an email with information on how to return your item(s). Please note that returns need to be sent to The Netherlands.
  • The costs for returning your item(s) are for your own account. The shipping risk is for the customer, we advise you to send back your package with track and trace. 
    • It is not possible to return sale items.


    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 5 days after you received your order, otherwise we will not deal with your request.


    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
